Course

DELIVERY MODE

The course is delivered using a blended delivery mode, allowing students to be trained and assessed from a distance.

Students are provided access to the CTI Learning Management System (Canvas) to access online learning and assessment resources.

Students have a dedicated trainer/assessor to case manage students and maintain consistent contact with students by telephone, email and through online video-based meetings.

The CTI Office is based in Melbourne.

ESTIMATED DURATION

The course is designed to be completed over a period of 15 months. For the 2023 intake, the student has until 30 June 2024 to complete the course, which allows some flexibility.

The recommended number of hours to complete all prescribed training and assessment activities is 15 hours per week. Students may complete training in a shorter time.

Course Fees

The total cost of enrolment in the FNS40222 Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping is $2,925. Clients will be charged 50% ($1,462.50) at course commencement (following successful completion of a language, literacy and numeracy assessment) and will be charged for the remaining 50% ($1,462.50) after six months.

Textbooks are required and will be supplied by CTI at an additional cost of $550.00 (including GST). This is a compulsory levy.

An invoice for each instalment will be raised by CTI and payment may be made by electronic funds transfer (14 day payment terms).

Refunds

Fees are not refundable except where a training product or service has been paid for and not provided by the RTO, in the case where the RTO is not able to provide the service. Refund requests must be made in writing to accounts@careertraining.edu.au.

Payment of refunds will be made to the person or organisation who paid the fees by EFT.
